Group Exercise Classes
This class encompasses a variety of different exercises done at one’s own pace and/or physical ability. Classes may include but are not limited to the use of body bars, body weight, dumbbells, jump ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands and stability balls.
Premiere HIIT fitness includes alternating leg, abs and upper body interval training with a variety of modifiable exercises that will give you a full body routine at an effectively fast pace.
This class offers up to 25 different workout stations that have intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Stations can be modified for beginners and weights can be added for advanced individuals.
Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Torch & Tone
This class will combine high intensity cardio moves to get your heart pumping and calorie burn fired up with strength training to tone and tighten your muscles.
All fitness levels welcomed. You will be working to your individual max capacity for the cardio and modifications will be available when necessary to stay in correct form and get the full benefit of each strength move.
A class that has a dance foundation with an emphasize on toning the total body through endurance and strength movements.
Balance & Build
This class will combine yoga, Pilates and static/isometric exercises. The focus will be building strength while increasing flexibility and improving balance. All levels of fitness welcomed. Modifications will be available.
Cycle to music riding over varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with resistance and pedal speed. Cardio that fits a wide range of abilities and delivers a great burn at a self-guided pace. Grab a towel, water and get ready to ride.

Core and More: This class focuses on strengthening and conditioning abdominal, back and gluteal muscle groups through the use of a variety of equipment and exercises, while increasing flexibility and improving posture.
